protanopia I mean in the screenshot I have to see the full path where you are trying to locate the files. But if you are not seeing your presets in the plugin they will also not be in the mentioned folder.
The presets should not be removed if you are updating Photoshop or the plugin.
Presets will be removed if
- you are uninstalling the plugin
- Photoshop will be uninstalled
- your hard disc will be formatted / clean OS install
- the mentioned files are removed
- every process that removes these preset files
