Just to let you know, I have the same problem. App ran on Windows 10 really well. Loaded on new machine running latest version of Photoshop on Windows 11, with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. If your problem is exactly the same, it will eventually load in around 6 minutes. Thats what it did for me, on a PC with a fast graphics card, fast processor and lots of memory. I also initially tried some of the same things you did to try to get it to work, because I thought it was broken too. My guess is that it may be related to either Windows 11 compatibility or an issue with the NVIDIA graphics card. I log in very infrequently, so may not see any responses for quite a while. Hope this helps, and issue can get resolved quickly. One caveat, when it does eventually load, don't close the plugin, because when you activate it again, it will take 6 minutes to load all over again.
