Not activating Free Stock Search 2 Pro.

I have purchased the plugin and have it installed. It doesn't allow me to connect my Adobe account for Adobe Stock, however. When I click connect it just says "Only Available in the Pro version." When I click Go to the Pro Version: Yes, it sends me to Adobe Exchange where it says: Acquired.

I am willing to send screenshots to get more help on this topic. I have an invoice of my credit card successfully purchasing for $29.90

I am really frustrated as linking Adobe Stock to the plugin is really important for me.

Can I get some assistance please?

Hi,

if the Pro version was successfully purchased and installed you can find it under Plugins > Free Stock Search 2 Pro. It is a different entry from the free version. Hope this helps.

Hi Thomas. I think I purchased Free Stock Search 2 "Pro" for $29 instead of the addon CALLED Free Stock Search 2 Pro "pro subscription". There are a lot of versions on adobe creative cloud which made it confusing. Essentially does the later version have all the free versions "Pro" subscription abilities?

I am hoping you can provide me with a refund so I can re-purchase the latest software as I jipped myself by not paying attention to detail. Because right now I do have Pro features for the free version allowing downloading of large file sizes on all the free stock sites but not the ability to connect to Adobe Stock.

Please email me, kind sir, and I hope we can resolve this. I am interested in purchasing the correct version as soon as today.

I'm not sure I understand everything correctly.

There is only one Pro version for Free Stock Search 2 (here the direct link to the marketplace: https://adobe.com/go/cc_plugins_discover_plugin?pluginId=6f40a96f&workflow=share). It is a one-time payment of $29 and it contains all features (Adobe Stock, loading large sizes etc.). So I think you purchased the correct version. Make sure to open the Pro version from Plugins > Free Stock Search 2 Pro and you should be able to connect with Adobe Stock.

Again I believe I've purchased the wrong PRO version because I have Free Stock Search 2 not Free Stock Search 2 PRO
and I spent $29 on it thinking it was the furthest developed version. Can we initiate a refund so I can purchase the Free Stock Search 2 PRO version that I've linked above?

I don't understand why I'm not accessing PRO features on this addon other than it's not correctly applying my Adobe CC email address to it's settings. If I click on the link you mentioned in your response I see this:

As you can see it says Acquired so it should be linked to my account. I can send you a confirmation receipt if you provide me an email address to send it to.

This is the same plugin as the link I sent you. I'm linking to the Creative Cloud Desktop App Marketplace.

You purchased the correct version. However it seems the Pro version not installed. Only the free basic version is installed. If both are installed you should see 2 entries. Plugins > Free Stock Search 2 and Plugins > Free Stock Search 2 Pro.

Can you please open this link with the Creative Cloud Desktop App and click on the "Install" button on the top right.

I did as you said, and opening the link in Adobe CC brings me to the correct plugin I am talking about, but there's no install button only a link to purchasing it again.

That would not work because it is marked as not purchased.

There are 2 possibilities:

The purchase was not successful (should not be the case as you showed a screenshot where it shows "Acquired").
You purchased it with another Adobe account as you are currently logged in.

Hi Thomas. Good news! I am able to activate Free Stock Search 2 Pro and install it now, and authenticated and within 2 minutes I'm seeing Connected (green).
