How can I add the watermark and save the pictures? Not duplicate them.

I found what is going on! If there is more than two levels of folders, it won't work. It creates the subfolders but then it stops at it.
So I have:
Main folder (Campaign)
|--Subfolder (Country)
....|--Subfolder (Item)
.........|--Picture 01
.........|--Picture 02
.........|--Picture 03

When I started working at Subfolder level it all started working. Maybe time for a request? 😇

Carola I don't think the amount of levels is causing this. Probably an image or folder in the subfolders (probably on level 3 as there it's not working) is causing the problem. Thomas Wel… I haven't changed anything, just selected the folders inside instead of the upper folder, and it started working as I expected. The problem is easy reproducible for me, so I think that is the solution for the time being :-)
The folders or pictures do not have special characters, we store them in Sharepoint and Creative Cloud and other kinds of storages so we are aware of special characters and avoid them in file names. But since I started selecting the inside folders, it started working.
The main folders do not have any special characters, unless accents are considered special, such as í or ó.

Hi again, I'm trying to test this and I renamed all of the items: no accents (áéíóú), no dashes (- _), no & or ñ, just letters, numbers and spaces, and still doesn't pick up. Can it be the amount of files and folders? I have almost 5000 items to process. Can it be lengthy filenames? I really don't know how to make it work.

Carola It's hard to say what exactly the problem is. Does the processing start and then stop, or does nothing happen when you click on "Run Batch"?

Thomas It creates the folders, but then stops. I never see the dialog in Photoshop like it is creating something. I compared the two and all the folders are there. But no images are created.

I'm trying now to create the images folder by folder as I did before but it's not working at all. I restarted the computer but for some reason, it is just stuck.
Edit: It works if I don't recreate the folder structure, it's something but messy. I needed the pictures to be sorted.

Carola Thanks Carola. I was able to find the problem. It is the hidden files called ".DS_Store" in the source folders. So for now please delete these files manually (should only be a couple of them in the top folders and the first subfolders). If you don't see them, you must first show hidden files in the Finder.
There will be a fix in the next update.

Thomas Thanks a lot for the details. I sent my images without the folders, even like that it was a great improvement to the chances I had to do all those images by hand or automating in PS. So thanks again!
