No, I see a buy button. I had a creative account under a hotmail account where I had originally purchased adobe acrobat and a gmail account where I had later purchased photoshop. In creative cloud, under the gmail account, I see both applications and have them accessible but under neither login (hotmail or gmail) do I see anything except the buy option.
