I purchased a license and have been using the plugin for some time, but the IT department at my company had a trouble with Adobe and the user licenses that finally managed to solve. Either way, now I can't install the Pro version even the email for my current Adobe user remains the same.
I went through troubleshooting page, and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin many times, but only the trial version is installed. The Pro version demands that I buy the license again. How can I fix it?
