Ok thanks I will take a look. My normal workflow has been:
1) using my source as a number of photos from Bridge I select all then
2) hit Tools, Photoshop, Batch
3) check my set and action
4) set folder I want it to go to
5) hit ok
It keeps on referring to images I last used this function on even though they aren't elected. I rebooted twice and then it still gives me save dialogs for images that aren't in source from bridge....
