I can't get Watermark Pro to work when my files are on an external drive

I am using Plugin version 3.2.0 with Photoshop 23.5.1 with MAC OS Monetary 12.5

The Watermark 3 Pro Plugin won't work with my files stored on an external drive.
My files are stored on a Samsung Portable SSD T7 Touch drive. When you press 'Run Batch' nothing happens.
I can however use the legacy extension Watermark Pro and it works?

Could you help me with why this doesn't work with Watermark 3 Pro Plugin?

Hi Thomas they were just evidencing the information I supplied with regards to versions.

Are you loading the settings from a preset or does it also happen if you reenter all values manually?
Could you please post screenshots of all settings?

I can't upload on this feed?? The tool for image upload won't work.

If I try to use the add image button the follow text just appears in the text box

I tried deleting the old preset and adding a new one but it doesn't make any difference

2) Select your image
In the the editor it looks like this:

3) Click on "Post Reply".

That worked but the screenshots are too small to see anything.
