I am having the same issue. I purchased it successfully and installed it successfully. However, when I try to use it, I get the message that I need to purchase the pro version that I just purchased. I tried getting help from Adobe and nothing. Every troubleshooting link that I click on from the purchase email is broken and I get only an error message. So I am caught in a vicious cycle. I am currently using Photoshop 23.2.2. Is that the issue? I have not updated my Operating System for fears that some other things I use will no longer work such as my Wacom tablet. Suggestions are much appreciated. I can supply screenshots of the process and errors I am getting if it help.
