update will not download

When I clicked on Download Update nothing got downloaded. Running Photoshp 2026 under Windows 11

Hi there,
could you please explain in more detail what exactly is happening?
Do you see any error messages? A short screen recording would be ideal.

Also, which version are you currently using?
You can check this in the panel menu.

I clicked on update and got the following screen:

I clicked "allow" but nothing installed. My search engine did not locate the .ccx install file.
I then found it in a temp folder (duh) that is not searched.
I dropped the file onto Install for All Users on the ZXP/UXP Installer and it worked.
All OK now.

it was just a BCAD error.
