Installation problem

I'm trying to install the watermark 3 pro with my photoshop in my new computer and is not downloading. it only says installing plugs and it take forever and then it gives me an error message. I contact adobe and they try to help me, and they couldn't fix it they told me contact you guys about it. please need help. thank you

Hi, the issue is entirely caused by the Creative Cloud Desktop App. Still, we might be able to find a solution. Could you please share a screenshot of the error message?
By the way, the correct email to contact Adobe about plugin issues is asupport@adobe.com (the “a” at the beginning is correct).
