Hi,
Three days ago I purchased the Watermark Pro for Photoshop plugin. I contacted support via asupport@adobe.com, but I still don’t have access to the plugin and I can’t work without it.
I’ve already reached out to Adobe chat support three times on adobe.com. No one has been able to help me so far. I even had two remote support sessions, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The plugin doesn’t appear in my Creative Cloud – it looks like I never bought it at all.
One of the Adobe technical agents from the chat told me to post here on the forum.
I honestly don’t know what else to do. The money is gone, the plugin is missing, and I’m about to lose my job because I missed my photo delivery deadline.
Please, I need urgent help.
