Not resizing

I can't get the plugin to resize the photos. I have the "resize image" box checked and have set the pixel to 2000 / longer side. But it is not changing the size. All of my photos come out as original 4000 pixel width. this is a new issue as I've been using your plugin for a few years without issue. Thanks for your help.

Issue happens in both Photoshop 25.12.2 & 26.5.0

I can't reproduce the problem here.
Have you tried completely re-entering all the settings?

I figured out the issue - In the past to simply create a reduced file for web with no watermark, I have used a blank png as the logo. I don't remember this plugin having a transparency option before so this was my solution. Now the blank png is causing the issue. Oddly though when I use a regular png logo the exact same size, there is no issue and it resizes properly.

So now I have found the solution but not sure why the blank png was causing the issue. Either way, thanks for your help and this great plugin 🙂
