Free Stock Search Pro 2 - Not Appearing in Newly Updated Ps 2025

I just updated my desktop Win 11 PC to Ps 2025 (production vers. rel. 26.2). Initially my paid for, in mid 2024, icon for Free Stock Search Pro 2 appeared in my newly updated interface. After I shut down Ps then re-logged in, it doesn't appear anymore. I also need to add it to the beta version of Ps 2025 I'm running separately on my laptop. I don't see it listed in my Ps Extensions (under Window) but I do see it as "acquired" on the Adobe Exchange. Can someone please tell me how to get it to be re-added to both my Photoshop 2025 interfaces as soon as possible so I can use it again. I'm working on personal projects that need it. Thx in advance!

if the plugin is installed correctly you can find it in PS under Plugins > Free Stock Search Pro 2 (not under Window > Extensions).

Thomas Thank you. I'll look there on my desktop PC's Ps 2025.

I'm hoping it will be there on my new laptop too - where I just installed the Ps 2025 beta for the 1st time a couple wks ago. I keep production & beta releases separated. Everything (apps, all beta) were freshly installed on that laptop then.

I was able to find and re-install (re-show) the Stock Search Pro 2 into my Ps 2025 UI - per your suggestion. Thank you.

But, I'm unable to load it into my Ps 2025 beta on my Acer Predator laptop (I keep production & beta apps segregated). When I go to the same plugin mgr that lets me see my plugins/extensions, when on the laptop, it says "incompatible". I don't know if the app is incompatible with the beta or something else. Both my computers are Win 11 (desktop = pro, laptop = home) systems, but the desktop runs an AMD RX6800 XT processor and the laptop an NVIDIA RTX 4090.

Fotomaker01 FSS 2 Pro is also compatible with the latest Beta.

I know of an issue in the Creative Cloud Desktop App that it shows “not compatible”. Maybe this is also the case for you:
If the language in the Creative Cloud desktop app is different from the currently installed language of the PS version, the plugin will be displayed as “not compatible”. This is actually not correct and an error of the CCD. I have already reported it to Adobe several times.
Right now to fix it, either change the language of CCD back to the language of the installed PS version or install PS in the set language.
Let me know if that works.

That's interesting. Because all my plugins that work in my Ps 2025 on my desktop Win 11 PC show that same "Not Compatible" designation when accessed from my new, Win 11 laptop running the Ps 2025 beta. I only speak English (I've long forgotten my high school & college French & German...) and therefore all my Adobe (and other) apps are installed & running in English. That has always been so. The primary difference between my two computers (besides age, desktop = 2 yrs, laptop = 2 weeks) is their processors. The desktop is an AMD. The laptop, NVIDIA (which I got b/c I want to work with a lot of AI & 3D on the laptop using mostly beta software). Do you think that could have any impact? I'll contact Adobe next. I'm just someone who likes to do due diligence before "bothering" anyone (including you) with questions I could have resolved myself. The fact that you've seen something similar (even if under different circumstances) makes me confident I'm not alone wrt there being something faulty on Adobe’s end. It wouldn't be the 1st time...

The only other configuration I know of in which plugins do not run is Windows on machines with ARM processors.

I found this thread and it seems the problem is that only the Beta version is installed and the Creative Cloud App needs the release version to show plugins as compatible.

Thomas I'm not running an ARM processor. So I can rule that out, I guess.

That is my setup. I expressly bought the new laptop to run beta releases (Ps & Substance) and not risk 'messing up' my production subscriptions by having them together on the same system. I'm keeping them segregated on two different computers; laptop & desktop. I read enough online posts about cross impacts (negative ones) between the beta & the co-installed production version. I wondered if the beta was the issue with all my plugins not being accessible. I'm going to contact Adobe about what they will do to the CC app to fix this. They're increasing prices and lowering storage. Pray for me... I feel like Samson (going up against Adobe’s Goliath). Thx for all the info!
