Setting the Quality and Adding to the Filename

When exporting I am setting the jpg quality to 5 and trying to add watermarked to the end of the file name. The quality is not changing from the original quality the the file was set to and the filename is not being appended.
Is this supposed to work?

Hi, that should definitely work. Perhaps tell me the exact steps you are taking so we can find out where the error lies.
