Can't install the plugin

I can't install the plugin. After double-clicking on the .ccx file, an error message appears in the Creative Cloud Desktop with the error code: -2
I downloaded the plugin again today, uninstalled and reinstalled PS, my PS version is 25.7.0, OS is Windows 10.
